Robert Braun is an Assistant Professor in Sociology and Political Science at Northwestern University. He studies civil society and intergroup relationships in times of social upheaval. He is currently working on a book manuscript about resistance to Genocide. His work has been published in the American Political Science Review, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Comparative Political Studies, Journal of Peace Research, Mobilization, International Journal of Comparative Sociology, European Sociological Review and International Sociology.
