Karen Gargamelli, Esq. is a foreclosure-prevention attorney at Common Law, Inc. She and her friend Jay Kim, Esq. provide legal education and legal services to homeowners struggling against the big banks. She and Jay founded Organizing4Occupation (O4O) in 2011 to use direct action (civil disobedience) to prevent evictions in New York City.
