Rob Barr


Rob Barr is Associate Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Mary Washington.  He holds two degrees from the University of Virginia and received his PhD from the University of Texas.  He has published work on several topics in outlets such as Comparative Political Studies, Party Politics, American Journal of Political Science, and Latin American Politics and Society.  He is currently revising a book manuscript that concerns the rise of populism in contemporary Latin America.
