Doron Shultziner is currently an independent scholar whose fields of interest are in political science, political sociology, political psychology, and law. His is the author of Struggling for Recognition: The Psychological Impetus for Democratic Progress (Continuum Press, 2012 paperback). His papers have appeared in Political Analysis; Mobilization; Psychology, Public Policy & Law; American Journal of Comparative Law; and Biology & Philosophy. He is interested in the theory and tactics of social movements for democratic progress, and non-violent struggles.
