Davin O’Regan

Davin O’Regan is a Senior Program Officer in the Program on Nonviolent Action at the U.S. Institute of Peace where he leads a research initiative that explores the effects of foreign donor engagement with activists and social movement organizations in developing countries. He is also a PhD student in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland.
