Catherine Kane

bioCatherine is a PhD student in the Department of Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research focuses on radical and minor political parties, fringe interests, and social movement organizations in the United States, Canada, and Western Europe. Catherine’s research has been funded by the Department’s Comparative Politics subfield and Research Initiative program as well as the University’s College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. Catherine obtained her BA in political science from the University of Rochester in 2011.
