Ana Velitchkova is a Croft Assistant Professor of Sociology and International Studies at the University of Mississippi. Ana is a global sociologist whose interests include violence, social movements, citizenship, and community. Her work has appeared in International Sociology, the Journal for the Theory of Social Behaviour, Mobilization, Social Science History, Societies without Borders, and Sociological Forum.
