Betsy Leondar-Wright, project director of the national nonprofit Class Action and editor of the blog Classism Exposed, is the author of Class Matters: Cross-Class Alliance Building for Middle-Class Activists (New Society Publishers, 2005) and co-author of The Color of Wealth: The Story Behind the U.S. Racial Wealth Divide (The New Press, 2006). As a PhD candidate in sociology at Boston College, she is writing a book about class culture differences in US social movement organizations.
